Junior Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join a centre of scientific excellence based in central London. This is a twelve month contract and it begins February 2021.

This is a crucial role within the finance team, supporting both the Lead and Senior Finance BPs.

Your main responsibilities will include the following;

• Supporting during the month end, budgeting process and quarterly review preparation.
• Responsible for project forecasting, reporting, analysis, monitoring against budget, revenue recognition and profit/cost management.
• Supporting Line Managers in tracking cost centre spend
• Supporting the business with any project or timesheet related queries
• To support the team with other ad-hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• a full or part qualification in accounting
• Advanced excel skills
• Project accounting or business-facing management experience
• Be a team member who can work well within a small team
• A keen interest in process improvement
• Experience of SAP bydesign is desirable

This role is paying £28-32,000 per annum
