Award winning and forward-thinking company currently looking to grow their in-house team due to a successful restructure within the business. Looking for a customer focused and driven Team leader to join the team and help drive the team to the next level.
Do you have experience of managing a team, enjoy motivating and coaching? Please see below -
- Regular 1-2 1's with team members
- Monitoring KPI'S and SLA's against agreed targets
- Handling escalated issues
- Coach and develop team
- Work closely with other teams
- Support in house campaigns
- Identify training needs
Ideal candidate -
- Experience of managing a team with in a KPI and SLA environment
- Worked to targets previously
- Proven ability to problem solve and prioritise work loads
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong business sense
- Self motivated and driven
