Tate are currently recruiting on behalf Brighton and Hove City Council for a Payroll Administrator to join a busy and demanding team. this role is working within the Corporate Payroll & Pensions Team. The role is responsible for the prompt and accurate payment of employees and timely and accurate maintenance of occupational pension records. This is a long term temp position paying £10.14 Per hour. The role is currently working from home due to Covid You will need to have strong communication skills as you will be speaking to people at all levels. Main duties:*Data inputting. Manual inputting of time and expenses claims to computerised payroll system* Responding to queries. primarily to work as part of team in responding to email queries that come into the team inbox* Calculations - basic gross to net calculations and pensionable pay calculationsTo be considered for this position you must have: *Experience in a similar role * Excellent MS office skills * Confident working with numbers and doing calculations*Strong communication skills both verbal and written. * Working to deadlinesPlease apply below if y ou have the required levels of experience.
