Based in Watford
Our client is a well-established and successful business based in Watford, looking to recruit a Claims Handler for their team on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to ensure that all claims are supported all the way through to completion utilising excellent Customer Service Skills
Main duties to include:
- Communicating with contractors to coordinate works
- Communicate with customers in regard to claims and payments
- Schedule works using internal systems
- Produce daily reports to check that all planned worked have been completed as required and updating if necessary
- Updating all internal and external systems on claims process
We are looking for somebody with previous experience in a similar position, where you have proven experience of dealing with customers in an administrative based role.
Skills required include:
- Experience using in house systems
- Great communication skills
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Highly organised
This role is based in Watford and it is important that you have access to a car due to the office location.
