Do you have experience working as a Sales Administrator? Are you looking for a new opportunity to join a fun friendly but extremely busy team?
- Taking orders from customers over the telephone and also via email
- Speaking to customers to advise on the status of orders and when products will be available
- Accurately inputting the order onto their in-house system
- Sending out invoices
- Building relationships with customers over the telephone
- Experience in taking orders from customers ideally within a manufacturing sector
- Good level of Excel skills
- Enjoy working with data
- Confident on the telephone
- Able to multitask
