We are very proud to be supporting a growing dynamic business in the city centre of Nottingham. This role would suit a graduate, educated to a minimum of 2:1. The ideal candidate will be bright and extremely organised, able to coach and develop team members as well as developing strategies for the business. If you have experience supporting B2B clients and are looking for the chance to implement your ideas in a fast-paced company then this maybe the role for you.

What the role will entail:

The role will involve supporting a growing team within the companies Account Management function. You will help to grow and improve the customer success function. The role will involve leading a team to provide excellent support to their expanding client base, working with some fabulous high-end clients, helping them to get the most value out of their service. You will be extremely customer focused and confident as you will delivering remote training sessions to their very special clients.

More duties include:

  • Line management and training · Strategically supporting the Senior Account Managers with high value clients · Answering client queries over the telephone and via their on-line chat service · Co-ordinating and delivering tailored training sessions to clients · Working closely with the product team · Streamlining reporting including client usage patterns

Experience required:

  • Previous line management experience · A minimum of 3 years working within a B2B customer service environment · Experience of implementing long-term customer service strategy to improve processes · Experience in providing support to commercial teams

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Extremely good listener · Academic and emotionally intelligent · Superb time management skills · Proactive approach to working
