International FMCG business is seeking an seeking an experienced Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator.
You will support the Supply Chain Manager and team in ensuring a premium end-to-end supply process across EMEA and LatAm. You will be part of a team that has direct responsibility for high levels of customer service to customers across the regions, working closely with both commercial and exports teams.
You will also be accountable for managing the order to cash process for customers, ensuring supply chain service offering and operations are aligned with the commercial teams, mutual supply chain costs are optimised, and opportunities for service enhancements are delivered.
Strong relationships across multiple functions and with customers will be essential so you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as showing a good knowledge of supply chain gained from experience in customer service or similar.
SAP experience would also be a particular benefit.
