£30k to £35k depending on experience

Job Role -

  • Direct line management for a team of supervisors
  • Ensure all KPI's and SLA's are met
  • Coaching and development
  • Regular 1 to 1's
  • Monitoring and analysing of productivity
  • Reviewing processes in place and sharing ideas
  • Enhance customer journey
  • Analysing data
  • Appraisals and performance management
  • Planning of resource and shift patterns
  • Recruitment
  • Identifying training needs
  • Excellent relationship with stake holders across the business
  • Leading weekly team meetings
  • Ensure compliance of GDPR
  • Attend client meetings
  • General ad hoc duties

Ideal candidate -

  • Must have managed a team of 20 plus
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven coaching and development skills
  • The ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Able to deal with complex issues
  • Comfortable with delegation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in automotive would be desirable
