This permanent opportunity is to support the back office admin for E-commerce and direct sales of an ECO friendly, natural product line for a business based at a rural location near Shefford. The post is immediately available.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can demonstrate some previous office based customer service/sales experience. The job will encompass customer service, admin and marketing.
If you have an interest in nature and wildlife this would help - plus you will find the product and your work very enjoyable and interesting.
The work will involve:
- Handling product enquires by phone and online
- Taking customer orders
- Monitoring stock and production levels to cope with customer demand
- Processing payments
- Packaging, labelling and preparing orders ready for delivery
We are looking for someone with a natural confidence and pleasant and helpful customer service approach, with accurate keyboard and confident MS computer skills. Someone who is happy to be moving between the office, production and stock room (outdoor environment) as well as working at their desk.
Essentially, you need to be articulate with good spelling and grammar, respectable education grades and have aspirations to work in a customer orientated business.

- The salary is budgeted between £18,000 - £20,000.
- Due to location, you will need your own transport to get to and from work.
- The hours are full time. Monday to Friday and some overtime might be available.
