This is a busy role where you spend a majority of your time on the telephone speaking with customers taking bookings and arranging delivery slots.
You will be required to obtain the correct details and information from the customer and update the in-house system.
Attention to detail is key along with accurate data entry.
Good IT skills are essential as you will be using various systems to obtain information and update customer details.
This is working in a friendly and professional team who all work together to achieve team results.
It's essential you speak Portuguese as this is required when speaking with customers.
