Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, you will take full responsibility for the data management strategy, delivery, and analysis of CRM campaigns that will be sent to a million customers globally. A passion for data is an absolute must for this role as this is a key part of their strategy.

You will play a crucial role in the overall customer and data management strategy, working closely with teams across the wider organisation to continue to ensure data is collected, stored, and managed with integrity.

Duties include

  • Leading the day-to-day operations and management of the CRM platform
  • Using marketing solutions to optimise performance and deliver multi-channel campaigns and better outcomes
  • Back end program development
  • Being the central point of contact for CRM support and help with the enhancement of existing processes.
  • Work with the wider team to manage changes, new features, and new ways of working.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and inputting of data by CRM users and ensure that an exceptional standard of data quality is maintained across the whole business.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to manage and improve data capture strategies via the Web platform and CRM integration.
  • Report on core CRM metrics which provide insight into data performance.
  • Recommend and implement improvements where required.
  • Maintain active relationships with CRM users by providing demonstrations of the system and helping to drive engagement and best practice

Skills and Knowledge

  • An experienced CRM Specialist with knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or MS Dynamics
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Solution orientated with the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and GDPR.
  • Marketing or related Degree
