9.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday with overtime available

Bright, professional offices. Canteen on site with great food available. Fun and friendly environment, the team are under a lot of pressure at the moment due to a back log in work and they need the help of enthusiastic customer service individuals ASAP
You will be helping customers over the phone and via email to resolve queries and complaints
Escalating complaints when required following FCA guidelines
You must be passionate about exceeding customers expectations
You will be handling complaints professionally and calmly
You must have great accuracy when entering data onto a database
You must have experience in
Customer Service within an office environment ideally
Knowledge of FCA guidelines would be ideal but not essential
Complaint handling experience is essential
Call centre experience is essential
You must have a desire to exceed customers' expectations, be motivated, hardworking and a true team player.
