Tate are working with a leading organisation on the outskirts of Exeter, supporting a project to supply temporary Customer Service and Call Handler staff with imminent start dates.
The main duties of the role are as follows;
- Taking inbound calls
- Running through questions with the caller
- Recording information
- Making outbound update calls
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
You must possess an excellent telephone manner. Previous office experience is required with call centre experience an added bonus.
You will ideally be able to start in the next week. If you are able to offer some flexibility working outside of 9-5:30pm, then please do bring this to our attention as out of office hours are available.
