Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next career opportunity? My client in Potters Bar is looking for someone with strong administration skills, an eye for detail and a passion for doing a great job.
This role is working alongside the Fleet Manager supporting with a range of administration duties. You will need to be self-starter and someone who is willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as the role develops.
Some of the key activities are:
Assisting with the preparation of client presentations.
Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes and distributing to team.
Setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments and lunch.
Filtering emails and calls received for the Fleet Manager.
Ordering office supplies.
Preparing excel reports.
Scanning documentation and uploading into system.
Printing customer records and files.
General office related administration tasks.
This role requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
