Tate are working with an organisation based in Bristol in their search for a Technical Support Officer. You would be based within their Housing Services Team to assist with the day-to-day operations.
In this role you will be answering inbound calls from colleagues, members of the public and contractors and will deal with complex queries, manage issues and ensure the service is running effectively.
This is a very busy and fast-paced role so its essential you have excellent IT skills and be comfortable dealing with a busy workload.
