Tate are working with a client in Ashburton to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. Working within a team, you will be a point of contact for customer queries, complaints, accounts, repairs and contract changes.
The main duties are as follows;
- Answer all calls in line with agreed KPI'S
- Carry out detailed triage on faulty products
- Process customer repairs, replacements and credits
- Ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Communicate with outside agencies as required
The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, prepare documentation to a high standard and be proactive in resolving queries. Candidates should have previous Customer Service experience and an excellent telephone manner.
The working hours will be 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
