Customer Support Advisor



We are supporting our Winchester based client with a Customer Support role that could see development for the right person to grow into an Account Manager role. You will be providing Administrative support to the Development teams. The teams concentrate on developing memberships and new clients. You will be driven to provide consistent service excellence.

The Role:

· Answer queries from members and resolving· Taking ownership and responsibility for problem solving· Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships · Proactive lead generation· Attend events and be a professional ambassador for the business· Arranging meetings and visits for the development team· Updating databases with changes to clients details

The Person:

· Previous Customer Service experience, either face to face or over the phone· Experience of handling high pressure situations and deadlines· You will have a collaborative approach to tasks· Strong business acumen· You will be driven to achieve personal goals, daily targets and delivering on what you set out to do· Team player and keen to learn and develop new skills

You will need to have a full drivers license or be in the process of getting one. You will be keen to hit the ground running in this role. There is scope with this role to develop into an Account Manager.
