Team Administrator

Welwyn Garden City

£20,000-£24,000 DOE

Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm (4pm finish Friday)

An exciting opportunity is available to join a business which has stood for outstanding quality for over 35 years. Are you an experienced Administrator looking for that next challenge? This role is working in a small, friendly and professional team who work together to achieve results and success.

You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills along with a passion for customer service and commitment to your work and in return you will receive a competitive salary and 25 days holiday.

Main tasks:

Managing inbound telephone enquiries

Raising customer invoices and PO numbers

Processing delivery notes

Raising customer orders

Processing customer credit card payments

Preparing items for post, courier or shipping

Setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments and lunch

Attending meetings, taking and preparing minutes

General office related administration tasks
