Customer Services Administrator
Salary £24,000 per annum + Benefits
Based in Dorking, Surrey
If you have a keen eye for detail and have a natural customer focus, you could have the opportunity to join a small and committed team providing exemplary service to their customers.
As a Customer Services Administrator you will be dealing with everything from general enquiries through to more technical tasks that require some extra thinking power.
- Updating the System
- Dealing with enquiries via the telephone
- Responding to emails and system administration
- Other ad hoc duties to include some social media and website content
This role is a key role for the business as you are the first responder to a lot of incoming enquiries to the business. The team is small and committed to their tasks, the company owners are passionate about their business and hope to be able to add another committed person to the team.
To be considered for the role you must have the following;
You would have ideally worked within a customer service environment, or customer centric office environment.
We are looking for somebody who is competent and able to develop their skills within customer service, in return the company are looking to reward with a competitive salary and career.
