Compliance Admin SpecialistWalton Oaks, Tadworth, KT20 7NSFull time, 6 months initially£13.28 per hourRole Description· To provide an end to end, centralised meeting compliance service, for colleagues.· Demand planning to ensure resource available, support planned activities.· Execute compliance requirement for field meetings.· Project manage events from initiation through to execution within timelines.· Act as a point of advice and expertise for meeting related compliance questions.· Monitor and evaluate performance in order to drive continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesProcess Excellence and Improvement· Be a process and policy expert to ensure highest level of efficiency and compliance.· Accurately manage and complete the requirements for meeting on behalf of colleagues without supervision.· Work with field leaders, medical reviewers and central team colleagues to identify opportunities and optimise processes.Customer Service· Assist colleagues to plan and process meeting materials and contracts in the most efficient way possible.· Takes accountability for own personal targets, relating to the turnaround time of approvals and communications.· Resolve day to day meeting issues quickly with minimal disruption.· Act as a central point of contact for field colleagues, providing a personal connection for the centralised process.Project Management· Prioritise workload without supervision, and give general direction to colleagues on expectations for a successful completion of a meeting project.· Provide feedback to leaders and senior leaders to optimise performance where needed.· Initiate meetings process when received from colleagues, to plan timelines and additional inputs required at each stage.· Execute process for each meeting project.· Evaluate success and monitor performance for each meeting project.To express interest in this opportunity, please apply today, or contact Tate for more information; 01582 692 543.
