This company in Letchworth is looking for an Administrator with a salary of up to £18500 per annum to help support the administration and sales team. This will be a junior role so perfect if you are looking to start your career in an office environment or you are looking for your second career move.

The hours are 37.5 per week, 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

The main aspect of the job is:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Assist in the day to day running of the sales area
  • Filing and keeping company records up to date
  • Build relationships with existing customers
  • Maintain contact with customers via email and telephone
  • Follow up on any customer q
  • Queries and pass them onto the relevant person

Although training will be provided the following attributes would be an advantage:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent Telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Some basic office experience
