Tate are currently working in partnership with Diligenta - a company that specialises in the provision of business process services for the Life and Pensions Industry.
We are looking to recruit individuals who are ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding Temp to possible Perm assignment in their Contact Centre at Bristol Harbourside. This role will suit someone with strong Customer Service experience, Administration skills and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Diligenta look after 18 million policies on behalf on their clients and are leading experts within their field. This role will enable you to work alongside these experts and deliver excellent customer service, whilst developing your knowledge.
This fantastic opportunity is offering a competitive £11 per hour. We are looking for individuals who are available immediately to interview and can start on the 27th January.
You will join Diligenta on a full-time basis, working 35 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 6pm. You will also be required to work 9am-1pm every 3rd Saturday. You will accrue holiday as you work and have access to a range of great benefits that Tate provide.
You will be first point of contact for customers calling through with any questions or queries regarding their policy.
