Our client based in Letchworth is looking to recruit an Office Administrator. The company is growing rapidly so there is lots of opportunity within the company for the right person. This is a close-knit team so they are looking for someone who is committed and loyal.

Responsibilities:

. Answering external telephone calls and directing to the appropriate person

. Dealing with all post

. Administration of both new and lost clients

. Managing offsite file storage

. Managing stationery

. Ad Hoc daily tasks

Skills:

. Good communication skills

. Be enthusiastic and motivated

. Keen to progress

. Have good basic IT skills

. Be organised and have good attention to detail

. Ideally you will have some office administration experience but training will be given
