Tate are working with a leading company within the South West to recruit an experienced Office Manager. The successful candidate will be joining and leading a well established team as well as assisting other managers within the company.The role will include:
- Answering and responding to queries of both staff and customers
- Welcoming visitors
- Basic finance and HR duties
- General administrative duties as and when require
- Assist with the recruitment process and on-boarding of new staff
- Oversee that all office systems are managed and up to date
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Be proficient using Microsoft and be confident in using new systems
- Highly organised and motivated
The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30. In response my client are offering a salary of £23000-25000pa D.O.E.
