The AA, Customer Service Advisor, Temporary to Permanent, £9.74 PH

Tate have teamed up with The AA to recruit for Customer Service Advisor's to join their busy call centre. You will be receiving inbound calls from customers with queries, complaints or to update information.

We're looking for candidates who're immediately available and can be flexible when it comes to working hours. The roles on offer will require shift work between the hours of 8am - 8pm or 6am - 1am on either Monday to Friday or on 6 days on 3 days off basis.

Role Requirements:

  • Deal with inbound calls
  • Provide support to customers over the phone
  • Show empathy and understanding
  • Record crucial customer information and enter onto computer systems
  • Provide first class customer service to all customers
  • Work to targets and goals
  • Able to work shifts at unsociable times

Experience Required

  • Work experience within a customer service background
  • Phone handling (Advantageous)
  • Fully computer literate with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to enter information while on the phone to customers
  • Comfortable working under pressure
