  • Coach, support and develop supervisors
  • Motivate and encourage the best service delivery
  • Ensure all KPI's and SLA's are met
  • Responsible for reporting and department performance
  • Regular 121's and team meetings
  • Planning of resource
  • Incentivising, motivating and focusing on performance achievements
  • Identify training needs
  • Responsible for supporting the CS Supervisors work loads
  • Leading weekly team meetings
  • Ensure compliance as per GDPR
  • Dealing with escalated complaints
  • Adhoc projects
