Key Account Manager - 12 month FTC
£32,800 per annum, including car allowance
Our client, a rapidly evolving organisation within their industry is recruiting a Key Account Manager to come on board and manage the relationships with several of their key accounts for a 12-month period.
This opportunity will suit a passionate, results driven individual who prides themselves on their ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- You will be managing relationships with a set portfolio of customer accounts across the UK, continuing positive customer experiences and ensuring a consistently high level of service is provided
- Be proactive in the management of each account to ensure opportunities for development are identified
- Through regular communication and client visits you will understand individual customer requirements, leading to customer satisfaction, retention and growth
- Using customer reporting to identify opportunities to maximise sales revenue and initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistently high service level
- Arrange and meet with your set account base once each week
- Proven experience in successfully managing customer relationships
- You will be results-driven and can demonstrate proven sales performance
- A positive customer focused approach
- Experience analysing sales data and forecasting
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
