Customer Service temporary assignment

Tate are proud to be working with a Top 100 employer based in Watford, to recruit Customer Service Advisors to support on a temporary basis for approx. 5 months.
The main purpose of the role is to provide quality customer service and to support both external and internal customers.
You will need to demonstrate that you are passionate about delivering a high level of service through the telephone and managing a busy email inbox, ensuring you are responding to customers in a timely manner.
We are looking for passionate candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication skills, to join a committed team who care for their clients.
You will need to be able to prioritise in a busy environment, whilst ensuring you are solving queries to the best of your ability.
Due to the start date of this position we are looking for people who are available immediately and can commit to a 5 month temporary assignment.
You will enjoy an hourly rate of £9.50 and accrue holiday as you temp, along with access to other benefits.
