We work with a variety of businesses in Manchester ranging from start - ups, SME's and PLC's. We work in partnership with some truly fantastic businesses covering a variety of professional contract and permanent roles.
This role will be to manage and develop the existing clients, identify and convert new business within the local area. We have a very large temporary / contractor client base in the Manchester branch specialising in office professionals. This role is to take on an existing desk that has grown over +1250% on prior year. We are looking for ambitious consultant who wants to take this through the next phase of growth whilst delivering a first class service.
Purpose of the role:
To generate both clients and candidates and successfully match them to roles and charge a fee for doing so. Create your own business strategy in line with the company values and to provide the best service, all of the time.
Role & Responsibilities
· Research /qualify prospects· Account Manage and develop existing clients · Manage the temporary workforce · Book visits and build relationships· Social Media/ attend and develop networking· Host HR Seminars · Successfully match candidate to roles· Manage the offer process and track until start date· Keeping in touch on a regular basis with candidates and clients· Send evaluations and act on feedback to enhance service· Sourcing and attracting candidates - various methods· Building a loyal candidate base by social media, networking, CV searching, job boards and referrals· Interviewing face to face and marketing out candidates to suitable companies· Offer advice to ensure the candidate has every opportunity to demonstrate their strengths· Fully brief candidates on the roles they are being put forward for· Coordinate job offers and negotiate terms · Manage financials · To ensure all administration processes are followed to meet company standards, including Marketing, Candidate Care and Compliance
