IT Assistant

We are currently seeking an IT Assistant to join a dynamic, forward thinking law firm based in Central London. The organisation is one of the fastest growing practices in the UK and with this in mind, they are now looking to increase the size of their IT Department.

This role will form part of the IT Desk Team, based in London, delivering IT, telephony and videoconferencing support services throughout the business. You will also assist with the day-to-day organised and deployment of resources and assisting with the implementation of new processes too.

• Providing local and remote support
• General administration of the network
• Installation and configuration of software and hardware on and existing computers
• Promoting and maintaining excellent internal customer relations
• Promoting Information Security awareness across the firm

The ideal candidate must have a passion IT and technology with strong communication skills (both verbal and written). An IT related qualification would be beneficial but not essential but you must have good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
