Tate are working with a highly regarded company based in Exeter to recruit a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer experience to prospective and current clients.The role will include:
- Acting as an initial point of contact to customers
- Liaising with other departments
- Acting upon and escalating queries as and when required
- Working with internal and external stake holders
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records
The ideal candidate will:
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Have outstanding communication skills
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Be highly organised with excellent time management skills
The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm. In response to the above my client are offering a salary between £18000-22000pa dependant on experience.
