Our client based in Hitchin is looking for a Service Coordinator where you will be required to prioritise and allocate emergency call outs and arrange routine maintenance visits for a team of 5-6 engineers in a specified geographical area.
Ideally you will have come from a similar role before and have experience of working to SLAs and have had a sales focused approach to your work, spotting opportunities for extra up sells / service plans.
Other duties include:
- Taking breakdown calls
- Maintaining CRM with customer and engineer jobs
- Chasing suppliers for spare parts
Hours of work: 08.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday with a salary of up to £21,000 depending on experience
