Customer Service Admin
Temp 3 months may be extended
£9.60 per hour
8am-6.30pm (7.5-hour shift within this time)
You will be part of a team that provides an admin function and Project Support to Project and Programme Managers within the Professional Services Team.
What you can expect from the Role:
You will be working within a busy scheduling team and will be the main contact for the engineers, scheduling them to service and install products across the UK. This will involve emailing and calling both internal and agency engineers and updating their diaries as you book them onto jobs.
You will also be accurately updating the database with the information from the job booking.
Booking Accommodation/Flights/Travel/Meeting Rooms
You will have good customer service experience within an Office Call Centre or, ideally a scheduling role.
IT Literacy is important so you must be confident with word, excel and outlook.
As you will be contacting clients and engineers you must be confident and professional on the phone.
As you are part of a large team you will need to be a team Player and possess excellent relationship building skills.
