You will be working in plush offices sharing the reception duties with one other person, our client is looking for someone who can offer a warm and friendly welcoming to all guests and be willing to take on administration duties when needed.
Duties Include: -Welcoming all visitors in a professional and friendly attitude -Taking all incoming calls, taking messages and acting as a gate keeper where needed-Ensuring messages are passed on quickly and accurately -Dealing with couriers, mail, franking and deliveries-Providing refreshments to guest and meetings-General office housing keeping - meeting rooms kept clean and tidy-Ad- hoc administration duties when needed.
Ideal candidates will have the following skills : -Confident and friendly manner -Well presented and well spoken English-Good administration skills-Strong customer service skillsA proven background within a Reception role
