Are you passionate about delivering Excellent Customer Service? Organised , thorough and enjoy being able to use your own initiative? We are looking for someone with extensive experience within customer services and in particular complaint handling and management. A well regarded global business in Basingstoke are urgently looking for someone to be able to come in and help them through a particularly busy period whilst this business continues to grow. A temporary role however may well be the foot into the door of an excellent business.
-Working towards SLA agreements and using best practise to advise Business clients on progress of their complaint
-Receiving new enquires and complaints via all forms of communications and proceeding with according to process
-Being solutions orientated and helping at that first point of contact where possible
-Investigating the complaint ad-hearing to regulated guidelines and escalating if required
-Liaising with multiple departments to collate facts in order to help with your investigation
-Logging and tracking each enquiry and continually updating client on progress of their enquiry
-Supporting management with administrative tasks
-Able to show extensive working experience within customer services and complaint handling
-Able to and enjoys work in a fast paced busy environment
-Able to and enjoys delivering excellent customer services
-Organised, detail orientated and efficient
-Excellent computer literacy
-Ability to think outside of the box and be solutions orientated
