JOB: Part Time Administrator & Post Clerk
LOCATION: Welwyn Garden City
SALARY: £11,914 based on a working week of 22.5 hours
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 1pm - flexibility will be required cover afternoons when that member of staff takes holidays
You will provide an all-round support service to team members by way of administration and post duties.
- Collecting and sorting post.
- Set up office for the day.
- Data entry and updating records.
- Banking duties.
- Administration support.
- Ad hoc maintenance tasks around the office as and when required.
- A confident and clear communicator, both written and verbal.
- Attentive to detail.
- Thorough and organised.
- Well versed in MS Office packages.
- Able to work both individually and as part of a wider team.
