Tate are working with a leading Public Sector Organisation in Bristol (BS34) to appoint a Revalidation and Accreditation (PGMDE) Administrator for 30 hours a week in their offices on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.
The post holder will provide a range of flexible administrative support services to ensure the smooth running of assessment and revalidation function across the local office. Supporting the Manager and Officer to ensure the effective administration of the revalidation and assessment function for a range of education programmes, ensuring that deadlines are met and that activities are planned in a timely and effective manner. Providing administrative and secretarial services, data entry services and activities coordination to support the team with the gathering of information and undertaking enquiries and services as and when necessary. They will act as the point of contact for the team, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries from stakeholders.
You will need excellent communication skills along with exceptional organisational ability coupled with great working knowledge of Microsoft applications, in particular Excel.
You will be an expert in the below areas:
Monitoring the Revalidation generic in-box.
Supporting the organisation and running of Core assessments
