Are you an experienced Fleet Administrator or an experienced administrator looking for that next challenge?
Working in the clients Enfield offices who will work as part of a Fleet team, focusing on the administration of driver penalties. This role requires lots of employee contact so excellent customer service skills and a positive and professional communication style is essential.
You will contribute to the efficient running of the fleet department, which will include processing penalty charge notices, managing vehicle damage and vehicle recovery process as well as regular vehicle checks.
Engaging with drivers and employees for administration of the penalty notice process.
Process recharges of penalty charge notice cost to drivers, ensuing these are in-line with polices and payroll deadlines.
Administration of the weekly vehicle checking process ensuring all processes are being adhered to.
Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst dealing with driver and employee queries or objections.
Processing vehicle damage and penalty charge notice recoveries to drivers to ensure recovery of justifiable recharges.
The ideal candidate will have an awareness of working in a fast-paced vehicle fleet environment and be great at dealing with people of all levels.
Strong IT skills are required as you will be using excel on a daily basis.
