This company, based in Hitchin is looking for a call handler to join their busy service team. If you love talking to business customers on the phone and helping sort out problems then this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

. Taking calls from customers and logging them onto an in-house system

. Communicate with nationwide branches to solve breakdown queries

. Respond to customer on the phone as well as by email

. Contact customers for purchase order numbers and check corresponding bill

. Regular contact with the 7 branches to ensure customer satisfaction

Your skills and attributes should include:

. Passion about customer service

. Experience as a call handler

. Confidant in dealing with a high volume of calls in a demanding environment

. Superb telephone manner

. Excellent communication skills

. Experience of meeting KPI would be an advantage

Your salary will be paying between £18,000-£19,500 based on relevant experience.
