Tate are working with a well-known company based in Dunstable in their search for a number of Customer Service Advisors to start on the 4th November.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for all customers and will ensure they all receive a professional, efficient and customer-focused service. You will be speaking to customers directly over the phone, solving queries and offering advice.
To apply for this role you must have excellent communication skills and experience of handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
These are temporary 3 month positions offering an hourly rate of £8.37. You would work on a rota basis, with hours being Monday - Saturday between 8 - 8 and 10 - 6 on Sundays.
