Tate are proud to be partnered with Novacroft to recruit a team of talented Customer Service Administrators to join them on a temporary to permanent basis in their Brackmills office in Northampton.

You will be responding to customer queries via phone and email and working towards a first time resolution. The contact centre is a vibrant and busy environment and you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service. Solid IT skills, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail and the ability to multi task are all required within this role. Your working hours will be scheduled over a 4 week rolling rota, working 5 days between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. This temporary vacancy is available ongoing to support a recent contract win with TfL.
