Account Manager - Uxbridge
Are you a motivated, experienced and confident sales professional who wants to make really good money in a telephone sales environment? Our client (a fast-growing software company based in Uxbridge) is looking to recruit an exceptional communicator who understands the sales cycle and is able to close deals over the phone.
The Sales department is a high volume, fast paced, highly productive area of the business. The team is multi-skilled, capable of delivery across sales functions to include inbound, outbound and full account management. Each team member manages their desk with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of their sales pipeline and managing leads in line with company processes. Full product training will be given and individuals are encouraged to take advantage of all learning opportunities and strive to achieve the objectives which are agreed in their PDP reviews. The
Account Management Team:
Is customer focused - Understanding our customer's needs by asking consultative questions and showing an interest in what their needs are and how our products can assist them in achieving their compliance requirements.
Has a reputation for excellence - Is passionate about the brand. Striving towards a reputation inside and outside the business for excellence. Collaborating with colleagues to fully understand the products and constantly looking for ways in which to highlight the benefits of our product to the customer.
Is easy to work with - Be known for making things happen through great service. Having a supportive and approachable manner where our first response is 'yes, we can make it happen' and make it easy for customers and colleagues to understand what we do and how we add value.
Takes accountability - Having the courage to be responsible for the decisions made, being bold and challenging the way we do things all the time, with a view to helping us succeed and being accountable for results.
Is self-disciplined - Keeping a scheduled and organised work day, respecting deadlines and managing time effectively.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to communicate a product offering in line with brand specifications; features, benefits and value.
- Proven Sales and/or Account Management experience, with a track record of hitting and exceeding KPI's.
- Experienced user of CRM systems, Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
- Give examples of the positive business and customer relationships they have developed.
- Excellent listening and relationship management skills, being open to feedback.
- Supportive and collaborative working style.
- Willingness and ability to engage and learn new information from both internal and external sources.
Basic salary - £30,000pa with uncapped commission! The earning potential in this role is huge for the right candidate. The client is an Investors in People Silver Award company. Core working hours are Monday - Friday 9-5, however this role offers flexible working hours! You work the hours that you feel will get you the best results with your customers. Once you are up and running you can work remotely if this suits (any day apart from Mondays).
