A travel technology company based centrally near London Victoria Station are seeking an Office Coordinator, paying between £28,000 - £30,000 + an excellent benefits packages, to support the head of Talent with all administrative duties including HR and event organisation.
This is a very varied and busy position, taking on all administrative duties for a team of up to 80 people. You will be involved in HR duties from on-boarding, payroll, drawing up contracts. Helping organise weekly and monthly events, to create a fun working environment/ culture for all. Ad-hoc diary management and travel support for the exec team just as and when needed, as well as the basic office managerial duties, raising invoices, ordering stationary etc.
The company are seeking a highly organised candidate who has a background within office support, who enjoys being that real go-to person in the office. You will be an ideas person, coming up with creative ways and events for the team as well as excellent administrative skills. You will have HR experience and interest as you will be helping to support the head of Talent in the business. No day will ever be the same and you will be constantly kept on your toes!
