Working full time Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, the role will be supporting customers with their inbound call queries regarding their policies. The Contact Centre team are a supportive and customer centric team who take pride in the quality of the calls they undertake. A first time resolution is a priority for ReAssure and their policy holders.
