We have a fantastic NEW role with one of our key Global clients, this is an Intrim role up to 12 months with a strong possability that it could be extended or potentially go permanent.

This Internal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition role is paying circa £200 - £250 per day (£52,000 - £65,000)
This role is responsable for building & managing stakeholder relationships inorder to fully understand the recruitment needs to ensure the process is refind & efficient as possible. Track recruitment metricks, such as time-to-hire and cost per hire.
The successful applicant will review and develop the company talent acquisition strategy. This is a fast-paced role with the individual also being required to resource, talent pool and attract candidates across a variety of positions in multiple locations and disciplines.
We're ideally looking for someone who has been working in-house ideally within Manufacturing, Chemicals, Pharma, Life Science, but not essential, where you'll have experience in the end to end recruitment process; from defining what will go in the advert, reviewing applicants and providing recommendations to the hiring manager, all the way through to the offer and on-boarding process. We would also consider applicants who are from a recruitment agency and support clients within the above fields.
This position will report in directly into the HR Director and site alongside the HRBP's
