Junior Business Support Assistant Manchester£13 per hourWe are currently recruiting for a Junior Business Support Assistant to join a well-established and successful company within their head office in Manchester. The candidate will provide a timely, positive and professional administrative service to the multi-disciplinary teams and leaders based in the centre. The role will report to the Service Delivery Manager and will sit within a small team, providing specific administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day to day running of the centre. This is a dynamic and varied role which entails providing excellent customer service internally and externally to multiple stakeholders. The role will include, event management, operational support and reporting, acting as a super user for various internal self-service and knowledge sharing systems, document management and other ad hoc duties as defined by the business and the Service Delivery Manager. The role will interface will internal customers in the GOC and also in other global locations.Essential Knowledge & Experience: · Experience in business support in complex international environments and with geographical dispersed teams· Experience of working with senior professionals and leaders in an administrative or business support capacity· Able to develop good working relationships with leaders and teams and quickly become familiar with activities and projects in order to provide effective support· Good working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Share point, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)· Knowledge of how to prepare presentations and visual materials· Understanding of the internet as an information source· Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills · Strong organisational, planning and time management skills· Calm and friendly approach with a helpful, focused attitude to customers· Ability to work under pressure with conflicting demands (able to multi task) to ensure deadlines are met. Preferred Knowledge & Experience:· Knowledge of SAP based systems would be advantageous Qualifications:· Minimum GCSE English and Maths, or equivalentAdditional Important Information· Based in Didsbury, Manchester
