Call Control Administrator role supporting a busy Help-desk Team in an industry leading independent provider of business technology and solutions based in the heart of London, near Bermondsey Station. This role is paying £27,000 - £30,000 per annum and is a rare opportunity to develop into a more senior position.

This company have recognised they need the brightest talent to support the Help-desk in their business and as such have created a Call Control Administrator role where you will provide first-class support. Experience as a Help-desk Administrator / Call Handler is preferred.

The successful candidate will join a team of 3 with a positive and fun culture where they will be encouraged to input their ideas and grow.
