Our Redhill-based client is urgently seeking an experienced and professional Customer Services Adviser to join one of their internal customer focused teams, initially on a 3-4 month temporary basis.
Working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm, you will be responsible for dealing with a variety of incoming customer calls and emails, responding to: general enquiries, customer issues, maintenance requests and general administrative processes.
The successful candidate should be extremely customer-focused, a natural problem solver, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work experience gained from within a call centre of contact centre environment is preferable.
This role has an immediate start, and the role is expected to be reviewed in March 2020.
