Assistant Information Associate/ AdministratorBased in Sandwich, KentTemporary (6 months initially)Full Time Hours£9.68 per hourJob Description:The Assistant Information Associates main responsibilities will be to support the work of the Information Management team, on a major project to implement an end to end solution for Submission Planning, Tracking and Publishing and other systems used by the Regulatory teams.Responsibilities:Author User Acceptance test scripts for the systems and tools owned by IMDry Run and Execute User Acceptance test scriptsAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the submissions systems and toolsUnderstand the regulatory submission standards guidanceProvide technical and regulatory standard support to the teamEnsure all processes are carried out according to guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Undertake other ad-hoc Information Management activities as instructed by supervisorThe Ideal Candidate: Well versed in working with computers and computer software Experience working with cross functional teams Adjusting to new priorities; adaptable to changing priorities Experience of system or user acceptance testing Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry (preferable, not essential) Experience in a regulated environment Attention to detail; ability to work with accuracy Ability to work independently and well organised; to work in a very busy environment Ability to observe and draw clear conclusions Self-motivated to complete work on schedule; to deliver high quality to challenging time-lines Good communication skills Effective in a project and team orientated environment Adheres to high standards Proven problem solving abilitiesPlease apply today, or contact Tate on 01582 692 543 for more information.
