Sales Administrator

Temporary role for approx. 2 months

This role is to provide support to Sales and Marketing department by taking and processing quotation requests from both new and existing customers. Guide customers with product selection and convert enquiry to an order. Accurate and timely processing of orders is key to this role.

Main duties:

Handling of, and taking responsibility for, customer enquiries made by phone, fax, website and/or email.

Process, progressing and invoicing of orders.

Arranging export shipment, organising internal and external certification and inspections. Liaising with carrier, customer and third parties to facilitate collection and onward shipment of sales orders.

Providing shipment details to customer and keeping them informed about their shipment.

Seek POD and certificate of shipment from carriers.

Providing support to all Sales & Marketing staff.

Liaison with Production/Planning/Purchasing and Despatch department to ensure timely availability of products for shipment.

Dealing with basic product enquiries/queries.

Resolving invoice queries and account hold queries in tandem with the Finance Department.
